Commercial property specialists Rushton Hickman have successfully completed a new lease agreement for the office and retail premises adjacent to the Garden King Centre on Park Road, Newhall.

The two-storey property provides 2,248 sq. ft of modern, refurbished accommodation, with an open plan ground floor and a series of first floor rooms and facilities providing an ideal setting for Little Cherubs’ continued growth in South Derbyshire.

Established in 2017 by Lisa Corcoran, Little Cherubs Children’s Nursery & Preschool provides full-day early years care and education for children from birth through to pre-school age.

Occupying the new premises will allow Little Cherubs to expand its services and continue supporting children in the local community.

Lisa said: “We are very happy with the way the lease has been handled and with the overall dealings throughout the process.

“We found the team at Ruston Hickman to be extremely efficient, professional and helpful. The agent who dealt with our lease was very quick to respond to any questions we had, which we greatly appreciated.”

Graham Bancroft, managing director at Rushton Hickman said: “This property garnered significant interest demonstrating the strength of demand for modern, adaptable commercial property in accessible locations within South Derbyshire.

“Little Cherubs are a great fit for the property and their vison for the property perfectly aligned. We are pleased to have advised our client on a successful outcome.”
