Urbana Partners UK has appointed KWB Commercial Property Specialists to market 15,474 sq ft Grade A office space at AIR Solihull.
The opportunity sees the building’s final two suites made available, with 11,192 sq ft on offer on the ground floor and 4,282 remaining on the second floor.
