QBR guest to speak on innovation within the region 's economy
Chair of Curium Solutions, Tracy Westall, is set to speak at Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce 's Quarterly Business Report Briefing next month.
The Quarterly Business Report (QBR) offers an up-to-date snapshot of the performance of the Greater Birmingham business community.
As the GBCC 's flagship economic publication, the QBR is the most comprehensive regular report of its kind in the city-region, underpinned by data gathered from quarterly surveys completed by businesses from across the Greater Birmingham area.
The event will launch the findings of the report and will take place on 19 January 2022 from 5:30pm.
As sponsors, Birmingham City University will host the event in-person to a limited number of guests.
Tracy Westall, chair of Curium Solutions, will be speaking at the launch. She will present on her role in driving innovation in Birmingham, as well as the importance of driving innovation at a company level and its implications for the Birmingham economy.
Tracy (pictured) has worked with leading players in the region to ensure that the West Midlands seizes opportunities to stimulate innovation through her roles on the Boards of DfT, WM5G Limited and Birmingham City University.
Tracy was previously director of Corporate Services at SCC, responsible for Procurement, Marketing, Partner & Alliances, CSR, Support Services as well as Public Sector Policy, Strategy, Governance and heading up business units including Software, Secure Cloud and Audio Visual
