Quality management and training specialist expands international partnership following JCB India visit

A West Midlands-based quality management and training specialist has strengthened its international presence following a visit to JCB India’s headquarters aimed at expanding training provision across the manufacturer’s operations.

Temple, which operates through Temple Quality Management Systems Ltd and Temple Management Training Ltd in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, said discussions with JCB India focused on extending its existing relationship with the business and aligning future training programmes with regional requirements.

Temple currently delivers quality and core tools training for JCB UK, supporting continuous improvement and workforce capability development. The latest visit marks a further step in taking that expertise into international markets.

Managing director Jaz Tanwar travelled to India as part of the engagement, meeting representatives from JCB India including Jaijeet Gupta and Sanjay Kathuria, alongside Temple tutor Swapnil Gujrathi, who is based in India.

During the visit, Temple presented its accredited and bespoke training offer, with discussions centred on quality systems, core tools and practical applications within manufacturing environments. The talks also explored how training could support skills development, standardisation and continuous improvement across JCB India’s teams while maintaining alignment with the company’s global quality standards.

Temple said the discussions have already resulted in progress towards delivering its first training cohort in India.

The company described the move as “an important milestone” in the expansion of its international delivery model and said the initial programme would create a foundation for future collaboration.

Temple Quality Management Systems Ltd provides consultancy support in quality management, compliance and continuous improvement for organisations across a range of sectors. The business works with clients on the design, implementation and maintenance of management systems aligned with recognised standards and regulatory requirements.

Its sister company, Temple Management Training Ltd, delivers management and professional development training programmes through workshops, virtual learning, apprenticeships and bespoke courses. The company is a CQI and IRCA-approved and CILT-approved training provider, and also delivers accredited programmes including the Level 4 Quality Practitioner apprenticeship and Level 3 Fire Safety qualification.

In a statement following the visit, Temple said the engagement reflected its commitment to “delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions while building strong, collaborative partnerships across regions”.

The company added: “Working closely with teams on the ground, the visit provided an opportunity to align on shared objectives, exchange insights, and ensure that Temple’s standards and values are consistently upheld throughout global delivery.

“As Temple continues to grow its international footprint, experiences like this highlight the strength of our global approach — combining local expertise with a shared commitment to excellence.”
