Quality Services provider marks 25th anniversary with business expo launch
ISO Quality Services marked its 25th anniversary with the return of the Love Local 2025 Business Expo, held at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.
Dedicated to celebrating local Worcestershire businesses, the event provided the opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services while raising vital funds for Midlands Air Ambulance – a charity that the ISO consultants based in Worcester have proudly supported over the years.
Love Local 2025 was an intimate and carefully curated event, featuring 19 exhibitors from a diverse range of sectors, ensuring a well-rounded engaging experience for all attendees.
With over 70 delegates attending the event, the expo provided a great opportunity to forge meaningful connections and share industry insights.
The biggest highlight of the event was the series of insightful talks covering some of the most pressing topics in business and technology.
Digital marketing agency QBD explored the evolving role of AI and what businesses must do to adapt, while Sonja from Love Mondays provided expert guidance on automation and enhancing the customer journey.
Edward from Cloud Shepherd emphasised the critical importance of cybersecurity, reinforcing the message that ‘zero trust is the only trust’ in IT security.
Additionally, ISO Quality Services director Jennifer Appleton took to the stage to share her invaluable insights on sustaining a successful business for 25 years.
These engaging sessions left delegates and exhibitors alike with practical takeaways to implement within their own organisations.
Further demonstrating its long-standing commitment to Midlands Air Ambulance, ISO Quality Services donated all profits from Love Local 2025, to the charity, raising over £2,200 to support its essential life-saving work across the region.
