Quiz night to determine Sutton 's brainiest business

Firms will go head-to-head to be crowned Sutton Coldfield 's brainiest business when the Chamber 's chosen charity the UK Sepsis Trust holds its quiz night this month.

Hosted at The Brewhouse and Kitchen on Birmingham Road on Tuesday 31 January at 7pm, the event will be hosted by UKST fundraising manager and Sutton Chamber committee member Brian Davies, who is putting together six rounds of questions to test the IQ and general knowledge of the town 's business community.

Brian said: “The evening will be a fun way of connecting with staff and networking with other local businesses at the end of January.

“The Brewhouse will provide some good food for all attendees and have a fantastic range of drinks available for all those not doing Dry January.

“At the end of the evening, we 'll know which company has bragging rights for the next 12 months, as well as which company finishes last and are awarded the dreaded wooden spoon!

“All of this whilst helping to raise awareness of sepsis, a deadly condition with over 245,000 cases each year in the UK and approximately 48,000 deaths. ”

Teams of five cost £100, with the costing including a buffet. Teams already confirmed include Ark Media, PLOTT, Burley Brown, Irwin Mitchell and the Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.
