Recruiters launch new service range – with discount on offer to Chamber members

Midlands recruitment agency Beyond The Book have launched a new range of services – and are offering discounted rates to Chamber members.

The Stratford-upon-Avon headquartered firm – a patron of the Greater Birmingham Transatlantic Chamber of Commerce – has been supporting businesses of all sizes with their recruitment needs for more than 15 years.

Beyond The Book’s new service range has been split into four plans - Deliver, Deliver+, Partner, and Partner+ - designed for clients who are ready to recruit.

The plans are catered to business needs – from those who need support on a role-by-role basis to those recruiting 20-plus roles per year who are looking for a ‘subscribe and save’ style offering.

Co-founder and recruitment director Anna Smith (pictured) said: “We recognise that one size doesn’t fit all. Businesses can come to us at different stages in their recruitment process, and we know that all roles require a unique approach to find good people.

“We know the importance of being solutions-focused and designing our services around our client's strategy. So, we have packaged up what we offer, into four recruitment services.

“Within each package, we have aligned our fees and rebates to what our client’s value most, which adds to the overall service businesses need and expect from their recruitment partner.”
