Recruitment experts bring their marketing in-house with new appointment

KC Group Recruitment has announced the appointment of Mitali Ratnaparkhi as their new Marketing manager. This marks a strategic shift for the business, as they bring their marketing function in-house after several years of outsourcing.

Mitali (pictured) joins the team with a strong background in marketing and communications, and will be leading efforts across both KC Group Recruitment and their sister company, The Animal People Recruitment Company.

Her role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, deepening engagement with candidates and clients, and supporting KC Group Recruitment’s mission with fresh ideas and insight.
