Retailers urged to take part in shop window trail
Retailers in Burton and Uttoxeter are being urged to take part in a shop window trail being hosted by East Staffordshire Borough Council.
The council is urging businesses to get involved with its #StayLocal shop window trail campaign, whereby firms will be asked to display an A2 poster in their window until 31 July.
Each poster will contain a different letter, which all together will spell out the phrase 'Better Days Ahead'.
Each poster has a QR code for customers to scan, which unlocks a short survey for them to complete.
The survey will be used by the council to understand how consumers people feel about returning to the high street.
The QR code will also unlock vouchers or offers from local businesses for those that complete the survey.
If you are interested in displaying a poster and/or offering a voucher or discount as part of the scheme (any offer must be valid until the 31 July 2021). Please get in touch with Chloe Brown, Re-Opening High Streets Safely project manager for East
Staffordshire Borough Council by emailing [email protected]
This project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of
the Re-Opening High Streets Safely initiative.
