Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber welcomes three new committee members

Three new business representatives have been elected to the committee of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.

The trio – Tinga Umera, InderPaul Dhillon and Neil Kearsley – were confirmed as new committee members during the organisation’s AGM at Sutton United Football Club.

They will support the existing committee which is led by president Gary Phelps and vice-presidents Kate Curry and Shaun Cremins.

Tinga Umera is the managing director of Nexus Care Services, an award-winning homecare and community provider supporting more than 200 people across Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and Tamworth.

With extensive experience in finance, entrepreneurship, healthcare and social care leadership, he has successfully led business growth, workforce development, innovation and quality improvement, including securing CQC registration for Treatment of Disease, Disorder and Injury (TDDI).

InderPaul Dhillon is the founder of Strategic Payments Consulting Limited, which helps SMEs improve cash flow, reduce payment costs and increase operational efficiency by optimising how payments are managed.

Neil Kearsley is the founder Endecay Professional Development – a business he started to help leaders, teams and businesses realise their full potential following.

With more than two decades experience in leadership development within the Civil Service, Neil supports personal and organisation growth through coaching psychology, psychometrics, leadership development and diagnostic consultancy.

Charlie Elliott, head of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber, said: “We are delighted to welcome new members to our executive committee, who will help shape the future of the Chamber alongside president Gary Phelps, vice presidents Kate Curry and Shaun Cremins, and our wider Committee team.

“Their collective passion and commitment give me great confidence for what lies ahead.”

Meanwhile, Acacia Family Support was announced as Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber’s new charity partner for 2026-28.

The organisation supports mums, dads and families affected by pre and postnatal depression and anxiety.

Every year, Acacia Family Support helps around 600 families through peer support, home visits, therapeutic group work, telephone support and practical help at home.

The Chamber raised a total of £11,871.26 for The Cancer Support Centre, its charity for 2024-26.
