Second speaker announced for Growth Through People event

The second speaker has been announced for the upcoming Growth Through People – Ethical Enterprise event, organised by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC).

Rebecca Parnell (pictured), managing director of SF Recruitment will speak at the event, happening on Tuesday, 18 June at The Deer Barn from 9 to 11 am.

Rebecca joined SF Recruitment 11 years ago and became a shareholder in 2021.

With over 25 years in recruitment, she brings a wealth of experience in building and managing high performing teams, increasing market share and maximising opportunities for new sectors as well as geographical expansion.

Rebecca opened the Leicester operation in 2014 which became profitable within its first year.

She is also responsible for launching SF's Engineering division, operating on a national basis.

This event, part of the Chamber’s Growth Through People campaign, will feature best-practice insights from local business leaders on ethical leadership, discussing balancing stakeholder interests, navigating ethical dilemmas in uncertain circumstances, implementing environmental and social governance, and fostering a value-driven organisational culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
