The second speaker has been confirmed for the upcoming Q3 Quarterly Business Report launch event organised by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC).
Paul James (pictured), chief commercial officer at Birmingham Royal Ballet, will be joining the panel at the upcoming Q3 Quarterly Business Report launch event happening on 21 November from 9 to 11 am at Birmingham City University.
Paul James joined BRB in 2017 as chief commercial officer. He is responsible for all audience-facing activities at the company from sales and PR to digital and outreach programmes.
Paul is a brand and business change specialist, whose background is in customer-led, service businesses. Based in Herefordshire, Paul has worked all over the world, including New York City and Singapore, where he was based before joining BRB.

The QBR offers an up-to-date snapshot of the performance of the Greater Birmingham business community. As the flagship economic publication of the GBCC, it is the most comprehensive regular report of its kind in the city-region.
Underpinning the report is data gathered from quarterly surveys completed by businesses from across the Greater Birmingham area.
GBCC have been committed to keep business moving by helping to connect, support and grow local businesses in Greater Birmingham throughout this uncertain time, and the intelligence gained from the QBR surveys is invaluable to meet this aim.
After a review of the latest Quarterly Business Report results, this event will explore how the influence of Greater Birmingham on the international stage.
GBCC director of external affairs Raj Kandola said: “We are delighted that Paul is joining us as a keynote speaker for our upcoming Quarterly Business Report launch event.
