Security firm recognised for championing workplace diversity

Region Security Guarding, a leading provider of security services in the West Midlands, has been recognised for its outstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion, winning the Diversity & Inclusion Award at the Small Business Awards 2025.

The firm was also a finalist for National Business of the Year, solidifying its position as one of the UK’s standout employers.

With its headquarters in Wolverhampton, Region Security Guarding employs a workforce that reflects the diverse communities it serves, with over 80 per cent of employees from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds.

As a Disability Confident Committed employer, the company also actively supports individuals with disabilities and neurodiverse conditions, ensuring they have access to meaningful employment and career development opportunities.
