Senior higher strengthens firm’s commitment to inclusive recruitment
Evenfields Careers has announced a new appointment to strengthen its commitment to inclusive recruitment and meaningful employer partnerships.
Nicole Riley-Elliott (pictured) has joined Evenfields as head of partnerships and recruitment.
The appointment marks an important step in scaling the organisation’s mission to champion inclusive recruitment and support jobseekers from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on Black and ethnic minority communities.
In her new role, Nicole will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships, strengthening and expanding Evenfields Careers’ existing services, and promoting new and innovative offerings.
This includes the Evenfields Job Board, which connects employers with a large, engaged, and diverse talent pipeline across all career levels.
Nicole’s professional journey with Evenfields spans several years, having previously worked alongside Evenfields founder Denise Myers during her time at Birmingham City University, and later through iDEAL STAFF.
Most notably, Nicole and her team supported the delivery of the Black Talent Awards, a flagship Evenfields event.
The appointment highlights how authentic partnerships and shared purpose can come full circle, creating opportunities for long-term impact.
Evenfields Careers is keen to connect with employers looking to diversify their workforce, as well as organisations interested in collaborating on initiatives that create meaningful and lasting change.
