Sibling founders mark upcoming 15-year milestone with major website overhaul

Brand and website agency PLOTT, led by brother-and-sister duo Anna and Richard Plotnek, has unveiled phase two of its finance-specialist website as the firm approaches its fifteenth anniversary, a longevity achieved by fewer than ten per cent of UK businesses.

Managing director Anna Plotnek said: “We didn’t set out to be financial service specialists, but finding our niche was a key part of our business journey, because specialism helps to increase demand for your services.

“Though we still take on other projects that interest us, financial planners and advisers are the core of our work.

The upgrade centres on a new homepage video, putting the PLOTT team in the spotlight, paired with a complete Story Brand rewrite to steer visitors directly to the support they need.

Creative director, Richard Plotnek, said: “We wanted decision-makers to see the real people behind our projects rather than stock imagery, because in this era of AI-generated content and intense online competition, authenticity is going to be more and more critical.”

The film captures designers, developers and strategists solving live client problems, underscoring PLOTT’s belief that transparent processes build trust. Early analytics already indicate an uplift in qualified enquiries.

Delivered through the same phased approach PLOTT sometimes recommends to clients — launch essentials first, add high-impact elements when schedules permit — the relaunch demonstrates the agency’s own best practice.
