Snap-happy collaboration between Chamber creatives
Two Sutton Coldfield Chamber members have shared their story of how the leading business support organisation brought them together - and allowed their respective firms to thrive.
Kate Curry and Kate Hollingsworth - of the Curry Design Studio and Kate Hollingsworth Photography - met through Chamber networking events and quickly formed a strong business relationship.
Fast forward two years and the Curry Design Studio was ready to showcase new business premises and new members of staff.
They did so with a photoshoot by Kate Hollingsworth Photography.
Kate Curry said: “I knew Kate Hollingsworth was the photographer for us because she doesn 't just come and take photos.
“She concentrates on the branding and storytelling side of a shoot and, as we specialise in branding, it made perfect sense that she would be the photographer for us! ”
The Curry Design Studio is now based at GMK House, the creative hub in Mere Green.
The two Kates worked their magic creating a cohesive set of on-brand images that feature the new office and the growing Curry Design Studio team.
Kate Hollingsworth said: “I like to collaborate with clients, help them to discover the values of their business, the things that make them stand out and make sure that every single photo we take has a purpose.
“I plan the shoots meticulously, come up with content ideas, and ensure we capture enough images to keep clients posting on social media for months to come! ”
