Timothy Bowe specialises in Children Law and has extensive experience of being led and leading junior counsel. He often appears against leading counsel.

Timothy regularly represents local authorities, parents and children in extremely sensitive and complex public and private law cases. He often appears in the High Court and Appellate Courts and has developed a strong reputation for his forensic factual and legal analysis as well as his skilful advocacy both in and outside of court.

Timothy is well known for adopting a client focused approach to his cases and has an easy and affable style that enables him to work inclusively with both lay and professional clients.

Head of Chambers, Elizabeth Isaacs KC said “I am absolutely thrilled for Tim and Rebecca and congratulate them in taking silk. Both appointments are exceptionally well deserved and a reflection of their hard work and skill.

“To have two appointments in the same round of silks demonstrates the outstanding ability of the barristers at St Ives and the very high quality of work that is undertaken. ”

The ceremony will take place at Westminster Hall in the spring.
