Solicitors to host commercial property seminar

Pickerings Solicitors are inviting local landowners, developers and property professionals to their next commercial property breakfast seminar - taking place on Thursday 5 March at Middleton Hall near Tamworth.

Starting at 7.30am, the seminar will feature guest speaker Chris Timothy, specialist planning consultant and director of Maplevale Planning.

Chris will join Pickerings’ Commercial Property Team to discuss current topics shaping the planning and property landscape and provide an insight into the trends and challenges influencing decision-making across the sector.

The session is particularly relevant for developers, landowners, planning consultants, surveyors, estate agents, commercial landlords, agricultural clients, and professionals involved in property management or transactional work.

The content is intended to be accessible, practical and useful for anyone advising on or working within the development, planning and commercial property sectors.

Middleton Hall is a heritage venue set within peaceful gardens and grounds, offering free on‑site parking and is easily accessible from the A4091.
