Astute Media has announced a leadership transition to support the agency’s next phase of growth and deepen its focus on performance-led marketing and digital innovation.

Founder and managing director Jeremy Bailey will step into the role of chairman, where he will focus on new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and shaping the agency’s future direction.

James Ebdon-Muir (pictured), previously client services director, has been appointed managing director, taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the agency.

His focus will be on client delivery, operational excellence, and the intelligent application of data, technology and AI across services.

The transition reflects the company’s continued investment in technology and evolving client needs, as brands increasingly seek partners who can combine strategic insight with operational excellence across digital channels.

James Ebdon-Muir said: “As managing director, my focus is on harnessing the advantages of AI and data driven insight to help our clients grow, while continuing to invest in digital channels that are shaping how audiences engage with brands.”

Under James’s leadership, the agency will continue to expand its capabilities across digital, content and performance marketing, helping the SMEs and global brands Astute Media works with to capitalise on the rapid growth of online platforms and the increasing role of AI in marketing balancing creativity, accountability and long-term value.
