Solihull firm named among country's top employers

Solihull business BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK has been recognised as one of the top employers in the country for 2021.

Under the process applied by the Top Employers Institute (the global authority on recognising excellence in People Practices) participating companies must meet very strict criteria to be considered for certification.

BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK was recognised for its excellent HR policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute has certified more than 1,600 Top Employers across five continents, based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey.

This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.

BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK has pioneered a number of initiatives around mental health.

This includes implementing more than 20 accredited and trained Mental Health First Aiders to champion wellbeing and support through mental health signposting.

In addition, the business ' flexible benefits platform, available to all colleagues, includes lifestyle benefits that can be tailored by colleagues to suit their personal needs.

The firm is the fifth European division of BNP Paribas Personal Finance to achieve Top Employer status, meaning the BNP Paribas Personal Finance group was also named a Top Employer in Europe for 2021.

Only companies certified in a minimum of five European countries are awarded this recognition.
