A prominent Solihull law firm has officially opened prestigious new premises - marking a significant milestone as the company celebrates its tenth anniversary in the town.

The grand opening represents a substantial expansion of the firm's presence in Solihull's professional quarter.

The relocation, completed in March, has seen Davisons Law move into a fully refurbished three-storey office building at Westbury House on Warwick Road, a stone’s throw from their previous location.

The building has been transformed through extensive renovation works to feature multiple meeting spaces, responding to growing client demand for face-to-face consultations rather than remote communication.

This expansion coincides with Davisons Law celebrating a decade of serving the Solihull community, during which time it has grown to become one of the area's largest and most successful legal practices. The new premises triple the firm's previous capacity, enabling plans to recruit over 100 additional staff members over the next three years, partly in response to the proposed redevelopment of Mell Square and the construction of 1,600 new homes in the area.

Darryl Wilkes, equity director at Davisons Law, said: "We are thrilled to have opened our new office, which represents a pivotal moment in our Solihull journey. Over the past decade, we've built strong relationships within the community, from our partnership with Solihull BID to becoming principal sponsors of Solihull Moors FC.

“The launch of the Solihull Business Club this year further demonstrates our commitment to the area's growth and success. This new office allows us to expand our talented team and continue meeting the growing needs of our clients while maintaining our accessible high street presence."

Kerry Morgan, Solihull director and head of the Conveyancing Department, emphasised the strategic importance of the location and said: "Remaining in the heart of Solihull was crucial to our plans. The new office at Westbury House is less than a minute's walk from our previous location, ensuring continuity and convenience for our clients while providing the space we need for future growth."

The office opening follows several developments for the firm, including its recent expansion into Wales through the acquisition of David Prosser, a well-established law practice in Bridgend, and the relocation of its Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield office.
