Marketing director and author Lindsay Woodward is celebrating the publication of her tenth novel, ‘The Day It All Changed Forever’.

Alongside running her own marketing consultancy, Lindsay has published 10 novels in as many years, writing what she describes as "love stories with twists".

Her latest novel asks the question ‘what if one decision changed everything?’

After passing out during a university lecture, protagonist Kirsty Allen discovers she is living a very different version of her life.

A mistake she made years ago has set off a chain of events that leaves her facing an impossible dilemma, with devastating consequences for the man she loves.

Reaching a tenth novel is a significant milestone for Lindsay, who has balanced her writing career alongside more than two decades of working in marketing.

Lindsay said: “Writing is a huge passion of mine. It’s hard having to manage it around my business commitments, but it’s also the perfect escape at the end of the day. I have many more novels in the planning stages, so there is far more to come.”

Away from her writing, Lindsay is the founder and key organiser of the Rugby Literary Festival, which returns from 23 to 2h October 2026.

She works closely with local partners, authors and organisations to help bring the annual festival to life and encourage more people to discover the joy of reading and writing.

The Day It All Changed Forever is available now in paperback and ebook.
