Solihull Moors Foundation to take part in half marathon
The Solihull Moors Foundation team will be taking on the RunSolihull Half Marathon on 13 August, raising funds that will help them to deliver the outstanding work they do through the community.
Currently over two thousand people aged four to 103 years of age benefit from weekly support. The foundation offers a variety of programmes designed to support the needs of the communities that they serve.
Their common areas of support include education, sports, recreation, and health and wellbeing, with their aim being to improve the quality of life in the Solihull region and beyond.
Becci Fox, CEO at Solihull Moors Foundation, will be taking part in the event. She said: “Running the Solihull Half Marathon is an opportunity not only to challenge ourselves physically and mentally, but also to raise awareness of Solihull Moors Foundation and the value that we add to our local community. We are asking people to support us by sponsorship or simply sharing with others the work that we do. ”
To make a donation, visit the Solihull Moors Foundation GoFundMe page. All donations given will go directly to support the work of the foundation.
