Sports foundation recognised at Club Awards 2023

Solihull Moors Foundation were recently recognised for their commitment to the local community through sporting activities and events at the Club Awards 2023.

Held at the Athena Club Leicester, the evening was filled with sporting, social and community clubs celebrating equality and diversity. The host for the evening was John Inverdale and special guest Peter Shelton was in attendance to give out awards.

Solihull Moors Foundation received three awards:

1. Community club of the year

2 Recognition in media

3. CEO Becci Fox received a recognition award for her contribution and commitment to the foundation and wider community

Becci Fox, CEO of Solihull Moors Foundation, said: “We feel that the recognition has been pivotal for the foundation and truly shows how we have grown as an organisation. But more importantly, it shows the incredible work that has been completed by our staff and volunteers. We are now focused on the future and we are excited to build on this development to grow our reach within the community, business sector and wider organisation.”
