Staffordshire MPs invite firms to have their say on local government reorganisation
Businesses in Staffordshire are invited to an online roundtable on Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), hosted by local MPs.
The session, taking place on Monday 24 November from 10:00am to 11:30am via Microsoft Teams, will give Staffordshire businesses the chance to share their ideas, concerns and preferences directly with local MPs.
The discussion aims to ensure that the voice of business is heard as plans for local government structures evolve.
Ruth Fleet (pictured), senior policy advisor at Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, said: “We encourage businesses in South and East Staffordshire to engage with this consultation from the regional MPs, as this is a fantastic opportunity to have your voices heard directly by political representatives.”
Businesses can register for the event by clicking here. The agenda and joining link will be sent out on Friday 21 November.
For those unable to attend, feedback can still be provided by completing the survey questions included at the bottom of the registration form.
