Successful recruitment business joins Lichfield’s Shire House
Boutique recruitment agency Kind Consultancy have broadened their horizons - with a move to Lichfield’s new Shire House building.
The consultancy, which regularly completes specialist projects for global banking clients as well as UK financial services firms of all shapes and sizes, joins a number of companies in the area’s new office space.
After operating from a Birmingham base for their first eight years, in 2020 they made the long-planned move to Lichfield – and five years later they have committed to staying in the city, while upgrading their facilities.
Co-founder and director Mathew Kind said: “We believe strongly in investing in our team here, and providing the best possible work environment is one way we can enhance everything we do. We were beginning to outgrow our previous location but knew we wanted to stay in Lichfield, so when the opportunity arose to move into state-of-the-art serviced offices, we were thrilled.
“This is the exact kind of space Lichfield has been needing – the building, amenities and staff are all excellent and we’ve been made to feel very welcome by everyone at Shire House.”
Co-founder and Managing Director Lynsey Moore added: “We have ambitious growth plans for the future and this new environment will allow our current team to thrive, as well as giving us plenty of room to expand.”
