Succession and exit planning initiative bolsters team

Midlands-based succession and exit planning initiative The Business & Beyond Programme has expanded its expertise with the appointment of sales development specialist Jonathan Ratcliff as an associate.

Launched by consultancies Thorogood & Associates (UK) and leadership specialists Dunelm Leaders, the programme helps business owners prepare for succession or exit by building clarity, value and resilience into their companies.
