Birmingham-based leadership and career development company GuruYou is launching a new free development initiative.

Unseen to Unstoppable, led by executive coach Rebecca Mander, begins on 9 February 2026, and is aimed at supporting professionals who feel overlooked, under-confident or uncertain about their next career move.

The three-day live challenge builds on the success of GuruYou’s flagship Bounce Mindset® Programme, which was recognised with the Excellence in Training and Education Award 2024.

It follows its delivery within leading professional services organisations including Wesleyan, a patron of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce.

The Unseen to Unstoppable challenge is designed to help individuals:

  • recognise and articulate their strengths
  • increase visibility and confidence at work
  • overcome self-doubt and imposter phenomenon
  • take practical steps towards career progression

Drawing on GuruYou’s evidence-based Bounce Mindset® framework, the challenge focuses on practical, immediately applicable tools that participants can use within their current roles.

Rebecca Mander, founder of GuruYou, said: “Many highly capable professionals are doing excellent work but remain unseen because confidence, visibility and self-belief are quietly holding them back. Unseen to Unstoppable is about helping people recognise their value and take ownership of their careers in a way that feels authentic, not forced.”

The programme has already demonstrated measurable impact within organisations. Alumni of the Bounce Mindset® Programme report increased confidence, clarity and engagement, with one in three participants achieving a promotion following completion.

The Unseen to Unstoppable challenge is open to professionals across sectors and career stages and forms part of GuruYou’s ongoing commitment to supporting inclusive career progression, resilience and sustainable performance within the Midlands business community.

The challenge runs 9–11 February 2026, with live sessions held online in the evening to allow accessibility alongside work and family commitments.

Recordings, give aways and coaching handouts available for all registered participants.
