Moor Hall Hotel and Spa in Sutton Coldfield has celebrated 65 years of family ownership with a special anniversary celebration.

The celebration was attended by invited guests, team members, family, friends and long-standing supporters of the hotel.

Since 1961, Moor Hall has remained under the ownership of the Webb family, becoming one of the region's most recognisable independent hotels.

Over the past six and a half decades, the hotel has welcomed generations of guests, hosted thousands of weddings and celebrations and established itself as an important part of the local community.

Guests enjoyed live music from Holly Rolfe, a summer BBQ and the opportunity to celebrate a milestone that means so much to the family and the wider Moor Hall team.

Angela Burns, chief executive of Webb Hotel Group, said: “This anniversary is a tribute to my father, who had the vision to purchase Moor Hall in 1961.

“It represents not only our family's commitment over the past 65 years, but also the loyalty of our guests, the dedication of our team members and the support of our local community.

“We are incredibly proud of what Moor Hall has become and excited about what the future holds."

Throughout its history, Moor Hall has carefully balanced investment and innovation while preserving the character and charm that guests have come to know and love.

From ongoing refurbishments and improvements to its bedrooms, dining spaces, leisure facilities, weddings and events offering, the hotel has continued to evolve while remaining true to its core values of genuine hospitality and exceptional service.

Today, the business continues to be led by the next generation of the family, ensuring that the vision established more than six decades ago continues to thrive for years to come.
