Sutton florist announces wreath and networking workshop

A florist based in Sutton Coldfield has launched a new networking workshop with wreath making.

It will be conducted by Vanessa Harrison from Floral Jazz where participants can make their own summer door wreath while picking up some essential gardening tips.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 16 June at the Button Factory from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. It is priced at £65.

Tickets include access to equipment needed to make wreaths as well as a light buffet and summer mocktails.

Vanessa has over 12 years of experience in the industry and has been running her floristry business since 2017. She caters for weddings, events, funerals and gifts for special occasions and offers a postal bouquet delivery service throughout the UK.

She has visited several clubs to deliver floristry demonstrations and runs practical workshops throughout the year. These workshops provide a space for learning new skills and an opportunity to get creative and enjoy a sense of community.

Vanessa said: “I get a real buzz from networking and so I'm really looking forward to hosting my first networking event after having attended many other events over the years.

“One of my favourite things about what I do is to run floristry workshops, so to bring the two together is really exciting.

“It's the perfect event for those who are looking for something a bit different!”
