Talent management consultancy welcomes graduate intern
Solihull-based consultancy JAM People Consulting has welcomed graduate intern Tatu Abdallah (pictured) as part of the University of Leicester Graduate Internship Programme 2025.
The scheme offers recent graduates (Class of 2024) a six-week, paid work experience opportunity (25 hours per week).
Running across August and September, it is designed to enhance graduates’ employability and support career development through practical, hands-on experience in a professional environment.
For graduates, this programme provides valuable workplace exposure, skill-building, and insight into potential career paths, significantly improving their chances of securing long-term employment.
For employers, hosting a graduate intern brings fresh ideas, additional resource for key projects, and the chance to identify future talent, all at no direct cost, as the scheme is fully salary-funded and administered by the University.
Tatu, a Psychology graduate from the University of Leicester, has joined JAM People Consulting to support ongoing client projects and to bring fresh insight into business processes.
Founder and managing director Jane Arthur-McGuire said: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Tatu to Team JAM.
“As a people-focused consultancy, it’s important to us to support early-career talent and provide meaningful opportunities for graduates to gain real-world experience.
“Already, Tatu has impressed us with her enthusiasm, curiosity and fresh perspective; qualities that make a real difference both to our work and to our clients.
“This scheme is a fantastic example of how universities and employers can collaborate to nurture future talent.”
