Tamworth firm’s high standards of customer service recognised

A Tamworth business has received two awards in recognition of its high standards of customer service.

Tamworth based insurance company, Prizm Solutions Ltd received Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award around the same time as Prizm’s managing director received the prestigious Presidents Award from the local Chamber of Commerce.

MD, Peter Robinson was honoured with Lichfield & Tamworth Chamber of Commerce’s Presidents Award, in recognition of outstanding leadership and contributions to the local business community.

Lichfield and Tamworth Chamber of Commerce president, Fiona Rouse praised Peter for “radically changing the way insurance is transacted,” and said Peter was deserving of her award due to his support for local businesses and ensuring SMEs have the protection they need.

Alongside the award for its MD, Prizm Solutions Ltd received Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award, which is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.

Feefo has presented Gold Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.
