The Belfry Hotel & Resort, near Sutton Coldfield, has taken its impressive health and wellbeing offering to new levels with the launch of Hyrox training sessions and dedicated reformer pilates classes, for members of The Club.

An official Hyrox training club, The Belfry’s large-capacity sports hall provides the extensive space needed for this much-loved global phenomenon which alternates running with functional exercises.

Meanwhile, reformer pilates classes, renowned for their ability to improve flexibility, strength and stamina, take place in a dedicated studio.

For those considering a new membership, The Belfry is hosting open weekends on 15 and 16 November and 16, 27 and 28 December.

Visitors can enjoy a tour of The Club, meet the team, and explore the many resort-wide benefits of membership - from cutting-edge facilities and specialist-led training to exclusive perks and priority access.

Chris Reeve, director of Golf & Leisure at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, said: “Wellness is prioritised at The Belfry.

“We know it looks different for everyone and, whether it’s feeling powerful in a spin class, enjoying half-an-hour’s down time in the sauna or achieving that extra lap in the pool, we’re here to support members every step of the way with a fitness and wellness journey that’s inclusive, impactful and, most importantly, works for their individual needs.

“Launching the Hyrox and reformer pilates classes only builds on that commitment, supporting physical and emotional wellbeing with fun, challenging and community-based fitness.”
