The Belfry to stage Winter Light Experience trail from late November
The Belfry Hotel & Resort is to host a Winter Light Experience, an illuminated evening trail through part of its Brabazon golf course, from Friday 27 November to 2 January 2027.
The trail covers more than a mile and takes 60 to 90 minutes to complete.
It features more than 30 installations, live characters, games and interactive elements, and follows a story in which visitors search for clues to help Santa collect the Christmas magic he dropped after landing unexpectedly. It is closed on Christmas Day.
A free-to-enter Christmas Courtyard will offer festive food and drink and a licensed bar, with fire pits for toasting marshmallows on the trail. Heated winter cabins can be booked in advance in 90-minute slots.
Standard tickets start at £18.50 for adults and £12.50 for children aged three to 15, with family tickets for two adults and two children from £57.25.
Under-threes go free. Prices vary by date and time.
VIP tickets include fast-track entry, a drink, marshmallows and access to a private heated cabin, and hotel guests can buy discounted tickets.
Preview Night on Friday 27 November will have reduced prices.
Sensory sessions with quieter soundscapes and lower capacity will run on 30 November and 8 December.
Selected dates will be dog-friendly, and guide dogs are welcome on all nights.
