Touchwood attracts luxury brands

Touchwood Solihull is continuing to strengthen its award-wining offering as a multi-faceted visitor destination, with two new high-end brands - Polestar and TAG Heuer - opening within the centre.

Swedish electric performance brand Polestar is changing the face of automotive retail with non-commissioned product specialists, tailored after-care and a digital-first sales proposition. The Space, located on the ground floor of the Touchwood shopping centre, will feature the same state of the art minimalist design, seamless digital interactivity and non-commissioned product specialists as found in its other Spaces around the world.

Customers can define their entire journey from initial enquiry through, if they wish, to the delivery of their chosen Polestar model. The store in Crescent Arcade is the only place in the Midlands to experience the Polestar brand, having only two other UK stores in Manchester and London, and test drives are available directly from the centre as well as online.

Joining Polestar in the Crescent Arcade is luxury watch brand, TAG Heuer, delivering the only stand-alone TAG Heuer store in the area.

Both spaces look fantastic and are already generating lots of interest from visitors. The brands fit perfectly with the rest of our offering and we wish them every success for the future. ”

Both Polestar and TAG Heuer are now open and welcoming visitors at their stores in Touchwood 's Crescent Arcade.

The 2022 Commonwealth Games will see over half the events hosted in Solihull and we have an action-packed event calendar to coincide here at the centre. ”

Earlier this month, Touchwood was crowned 'Greater Birmingham Business of the Year ' and best 'Retail and Hospitality ' destination at the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Awards.
