Touchwood to lift spirits on Blue Monday

Shake off the winter blues and look forward to Spring at Touchwood Solihull this January.

On Monday 15 January, local artist Milan Topalović will be putting on a free creative carousel of arts and crafts to help you ‘beat the blues with hues’.

Choose from colouring in a motivational Spring countdown calendar, decorating a bookmark to get you through your New Year booklist, or making a handmade greeting card to surprise someone special this January.

Research has found that making art can help to reduce stress, through providing an outlet for creativity and expression. Collaborating with others can also support with reducing loneliness and depression.
