Training provider launches new leadership course

Professional training and coaching provider the B2W Group has launched its new CMI Level 4 Principles of Management and Leadership course, available to employed people living in the West Midlands.

As part of its 2021 CMI delivery, the B2W Group is surveying the West Midlands business network to gauge the appetite for this new qualification.

The Level 4 course develops management and leadership skills, enhances existing skill-sets, and provides effective methods to set and monitor goals and objectives within a team.

This qualification also grants Chartered Manager Status.

Awarded only by CMI, it is recognised throughout the public, private and third sectors across all managerial disciplines.

With Chartered Manager status you join an elite group who prove they have the skills and knowledge to deliver results.
