Training provider secures accreditation to support armed forces learners
MBO Safety Services, a provider of practical health and safety training, has announced its newly awarded status as an Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service (ELCAS) approved training provider.
The ELCAS provides financial support for serving personnel and service leavers undertaking nationally recognised qualifications.
Approval under this scheme demonstrates that MBO Safety Services delivers training that is credible and nationally recognised, structured and compliant, while being accessible and flexible, enabling Armed Forces learners to study around operational commitments and transition planning.
Through ELCAS, military and ex-military learners can now access MBO Safety Services’ respected NEBOSH qualifications using their Enhanced Learning Credits.
This provides flexible e‑learning routes suitable for deployment or resettlement, industry‑leading qualifications that strengthen employability in health and safety roles and a clear learner support, ensuring candidates feel confident throughout their studies.
It also offers a strong foundation for civilian career progression, particularly within compliance, construction, fire safety and occupational health and safety.
MBO Safety Services is now approved to deliver the following qualifications through ELCAS:
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety E‑Learning
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction UK E‑Learning
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety E‑Learning
These qualifications are widely recognised and provide Armed Forces personnel with a robust pathway into health and safety careers.
