Transatlantic Chamber joins Ohio trade discussions

Greater Birmingham Transatlantic Chamber of Commerce was represented during roundtable talks between UK businesses and the US state of Ohio.

Trade body BritishAmerican Business hosted the roundtable at the Cleveland Clinic London, where business leaders joined representatives from JobsOhio and Team NEO from the North East Ohio region.

The Chamber was represented by head of international divisions Sian Timmins and Rob Whittall, the managing partner of GBTCC member Dyke Yaxley LLC.

Also present were representatives from the U.S Embassy in London.

Sian said: “It was great to represent the Transatlantic Chamber and take part in discussionsaround trade and investment opportunities in Ohio, a state that excels in sectors aligned to the West Midlands, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, automotive and future mobility.”
