Transformation consultancy welcomes two new team members
Birmingham-based transformation consultancy and training firm Curium Solutions has welcomed two new professionals to its growing team - Aaliya Khan (pictured) and Jordan Hart.
The appointments are set to bring in valuable experience to the firm as they expand across different industries.
Jordan said: “I'm thrilled to join Curium at this point in my career, a time where the future of Curium is also incredibly exciting.
“From day one in the recruitment process through to working with colleagues now for a few weeks, the values of people first, keep it simple and make it real are constantly evident.
“It has been a breath of fresh air joining an organisation where people are at the centre of decision-making and action planning, which I've already experienced internally with the Curium team and externally working with partners.
“At a time of interesting global and local market activity, I can't wait to be a part of and continue to develop the significant positive impact Curium makes across various sectors."
Aaliya said: “From the very first interaction, Curium felt different.
“The culture is warm, welcoming, and truly people-first, you can sense it in every conversation.
“From the interview process itself, it was clear that this isn’t just another consulting firm; it’s a place where people matter, where collaboration thrives, and where every individual is empowered to make a real impact.”
"I’ve already started engaging with the team, absorbing insights, and gearing up to take the lead in the coming weeks.
“Watching how the team gathers requirements, analyses challenges, and crafts solutions is both inspiring and energising.
“Soon, I’ll be in their shoes, leading the charge, and equipped with the confidence and expertise to drive projects forward."
Rob McCracken, head of transformational change at Curium, shared: "Bringing Jordan and Aaliya onboard helps to strengthen the depth of expertise we have already within the team in transformation and system implementation, while complementing it with new experiences across healthcare, data, and working in different cultures in Australia and India.
“Great to have them onboard.”
