‘Transformational’ learning platform to be unveiled at NEC exhibition
Lernitute are to unveil a transformational new digital platform at the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition next month.
The Lernitude team will be exhibiting at the show, to be held at the NEC on October 6 and 7, where they will officially launch the platform while offering delegates a learning culture diagnostic assessment and an interactive pulse check.
Developed by co-founders Lindsey Flynn and Becky Newell, who bring decades of combined experience in workplace learning and organisational development, the Lernitude platform diagnoses and benchmarks learning culture before providing tailored action plans, practical resources and analytics to support behavioural change and demonstrate return on investment.
Designed to help organisations understand their strengths and identify opportunities for improvement, the pulse check will offer conference attendees the chance to gain immediate insights into an area of learning culture that matters most to their organisation and that will help drive improved performance.
Participants will complete a short, focused assessment and leave the conference with a snapshot of their organisation's learning culture, along with practical actions they can take to strengthen performance and key ROI metrics that can be linked.
The pulse check forms part of the launch of Lernitude's learning culture diagnostic assessment, which has been developed to help organisations build learning cultures that drive measurable business results.
As part of the conference programme, Lindsey Flynn will share her expertise in a guest speaker session exploring how learning culture drives organisational performance, taking place on October 6 at 11.30am.
Lindsey Flynn (pictured) said: “The world of learning conference is the perfect place to launch our learning culture assessment because it brings together organisations that are committed to developing their people.
“This is the first diagnostic tool that looks deeper than standard surveys to assess an organisation across 15 critical dimensions to help organisations embed learning into everyday practice.
“We want delegates to challenge their assumptions, put their learning culture to the test through the pulse check, and discover practical ways to create a stronger learning culture.”
Lindsey has spent her career helping organisations improve performance through learning.
Her experience includes serving as a global learning and development director for major international organisations and founding the award-winning training company well training.
Co-founder Becky Newell founded Learnmore 15 years ago, growing it into a 65-person training business that works with organisations including Mitie and ISS.
Together, they established Lernitude to help organisations better understand, strengthen and measure the impact of their learning culture.
Attendees to the world of learning conference & exhibition, billed as “the UK’s most comprehensive event for all aspects of learning and development”, can visit the Lernitude team on stand G10.
