Tribute to The Specials at Lichfield venue
A leading tribute to 2-Tone legends The Specials will take to the stage in Lichfield next month.
The Specials Limited will be performing at The Hub at St Mary’s on Friday 23 May (8.30pm).
The nine-piece band’s set will be packed with his such as Gangsters, Too Much Too Young, Ghost Town, Stereotype and Rat Race as well as fan favourite album tracks such as Hey Little Rich Girl, Do The Dog, Man at C&A and Vote For Me.
Since forming in 2018, they have performed countless shows at some of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious venues.
This includes multiple sellout shows at London’s 229 and 100 Club, where they performed the band’s first album in full as well as a second set of album tracks and single releases.
They have also headlined a number of festivals including The Isle of Wight Scooter Rally.
The Hub creative director, Anthony Evans, said: “The Specials LTD celebrate the legacy of the original band in style with all the verve and intensity fans were treated to back in the day. Don’t miss out!"
