Two weeks left for Growth Through People conference
The Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce (GBCC) flagship campaign, Growth Through People, which looks to support businesses to increase their productivity through improved people management skills, is reaching its culmination with the Growth Through People Conference, taking place on Wednesday, 10 May.
The Growth Through People Campaign, which took place throughout March, featured a series of webinars and events on topics including:
- Leading and managing change in the transition to net zero
- Is a four-day week the future of work?
- Ensuring LGBTQ+ inclusivity in your workplace
- Harnessing personal resilience in challenging times
The Conference will look to build on these, with sessions on topics such as inclusive recruitment, engaging resilient teams and calculating the cost of your culture.
Growth Through People is sponsored by and delivered in partnership with Aston University, South and City College Birmingham and the West Midlands Combined Authority.
