University launches artificial intelligence panel discussion

University of Birmingham will be hosting a panel discussion on artificial intelligence and it's impact.

The discussion, titled 'Artificial Intelligence and Our World', will be held at Bramall Music Building on Thursday, 5 October at the Edgbaston campus in Birmingham, with a drinks reception from 17:15.

The panellists will discuss the impact of made by artificial intelligence on everyday life.

The university said: “ Join the event to challenge a panel of thought-leaders as they discuss the role and risks of AI in society, government, business, health, education and the arts.

“This is an opportunity to learn something new about one of the most significant recent developments in human history.”
