University launches new TEDx event

Aston University has announced the next TEDxAstonUniversity event, Rethinking Tomorrow.

TEDx Aston University is a platform for exploring diverse ideas and perspectives from thought leaders, innovators, and change-makers in various fields.

The TEDxAstonUniversity: Rethinking Tomorrow event will take place on Wednesday, 15 October at Millennium Point. The event will start at 6pm and finish at 9pm.

The event will feature TED talks from:

  • Chris Meah- founder of the School of Code
  • Emb Hashmi- founder of Storytelling of CEOs and BBC journalist
  • Matthew Crummack- CEO of Domestic & General, pro-chancellor of Aston University
  • Monder Ram- director of CREME at Aston University
  • Pam Sheemar- regional director at NatWest
  • Romanah Buchanan- co-founder of Eloquent Dance
  • Yiannis Maos- founder of TechWM

Acting Vice-President of the Future Faces Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chair of TEDxAstonUniversity, Katrina Raipuri, invites young professionals to join an inspiring evening of bold ideas, meaningful conversations, and opportunities to connect with future leaders who are shaping tomorrow.
