Video series highlights mental health week
Video production company, Ark Media, have produced a series of videos for the Future Faces committee in aid of Mental Health Awareness Week.
As mental health resonates as an important and relevant topic for young people, the Future Faces Chambers of Commerce (FF) has launched a video campaign as contribution to this year 's awareness week for mental health.
The creativity behind the videos was award-winning video production company and chamber member, Ark Media.
The series of videos will be shared across social media throughout this week and will feature members of the FF committee providing their top tips for taking care of their own mental health.
Graham Allsopp (pictured), head of production at Ark Media and Future Faces committee member, said: “Mental Health is such an important topic, especially at the moment given the situation we 've all found ourselves in over the last few months.
“It 's been great to work on these videos for the FF team and play our part in raising awareness ”.
Jaccy Datta, president of Future Faces, said: “This past year has been incredibly challenging for everyone, in so many different ways. All of these challenges and changes to our 'previously normal life ' have affected our mental health, in one way or another.
“For this year 's Mental Health Awareness Week, members of the Future Faces Executive Committee, with the kind help of the team at Ark Media, have filmed these videos to share their top tips for looking after their own mental health whilst we continue on the road map out of Covid-19 restrictions.
“The committee have done a great job in making these videos personal to them to make it clear that whilst we may be the ones sharing the tips, we also have to remind ourselves to take these steps in our own lives to look after ourselves, and it 's ok to recognise that. ”
The videos can be found via the Future Faces Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
