Virtual weekend of self-care on offer from charity

A virtual weekend of self-care is being hosted in March, by charity the Rape and Sexual Violence Project (RSVP).

The charity, which were crowned Asian Business Chamber of Commerce Overall Business of the Year in 2019, have put together a jam-packed schedule of informative and motivational talks and workshops as part of the two-day event, starting on 20 March.

Health and wellbeing experts will show attendees how to add simple wellness techniques to daily routines, and deliver taster sessions in activities which RSVP say, are good for the mind, body and spirit.

All proceeds from this event will go towards supporting children and adult survivors of rape and sexual violence through RSVP.

Tickets cost £6 per person, with 10 per cent off ticket prices for businesses which purchase 10 tickets for employees.
