Vu Agency expands growth team with two new appointments

Solihull-based software and AI automation company Vu Agency has expanded its growth team with two new hires.

Marcus Bellis (pictured) has joined as head of growth and brings experience from accountancy manager and engager and will lead business development, working with business owners to find manual processes that software and AI can improve.

Teddy Robbins recently joined as growth executive after finishing his A-levels. He chose to start his career rather than go to university and is now learning sales by speaking directly with business owners about how their companies work.

Phil Webb, CEO and co-founder of Vu Agency, said: “Most of our projects start with someone telling us about a process that wastes hours each week. Marcus and Teddy will help us have more of those conversations.

“Marcus brings strong experience in helping businesses achieve more from their existing set-up.

“Teddy has come straight from A-levels and is eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
