War in Ukraine: What happened this week?
Rishi Sunak made his first visit to Kyiv since becoming Prime Minister - and met with president Zelenskyy.

Sunday 20 November
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak pledges £50 million in defence aid to Ukraine as he meets President Zelenskyy in his first visit to Kyiv since becoming Prime Minister.
He also announces that the UK will increase the training offer to Ukraine 's armed forces, sending expert army medics and engineers to the region to offer specialised support.
Monday 21 November
Ukraine says it will begin voluntary evacuations from areas in the southern Kherson and Mykolaiv regions because damage to infrastructure from Russian strikes has made it perilous for residents as temperatures drop.
US State Department officials share that there is evidence of 'systemic war crimes ' being committed in every region where Russian forces have been deployed in Ukraine.
Tuesday 22 November
The World Health Organisation says that the lives of millions will be under threat in Ukraine this winter, with half of the country 's energy infrastructure either damaged or destroyed. 10 million people in Ukraine are currently without power and temperatures have plummeted to -20C in some areas.
Wednesday 23 November
In an address to the UN Security Council, President Zelenskyy accuses Russia of crimes against humanity after a missile barrage causes blackouts across Ukraine.
Defence Secretary Ben Wallace says the UK will send three former British military Sea Kings helicopters to Ukraine, as well as an additional 10,000 artillery rounds to help the Ukrainian army.
European diplomats extend negotiations regarding how strict a price cap on Russian oil should be, with Poland rejecting the EU 's executive arm 's proposed price of $65 per barrel as being too soft on Moscow.
Thursday 24 November
Poland 's Defence Minister says that the Patriot missile defence system offered by Germany to Poland should go to Ukraine instead after further missile attacks from Russia.
