Warwick based firm recognised for strengthening workplace culture

Warwick based workplace culture and engagement consultancy has been recognised at the Personnel Today Awards.

The company received the Workplace Culture Award for its partnership with AG Paving and Building Products.

&Evolve, based in Warwick launched in 2015 support a wide range of organisations including Dunelm, UKTV and BUPA to help strengthen employee experience.

Amrit Sandhar, CEO of &Evolve, paid tribute to both clients and his team, emphasising that the Workplace Culture Award with AG reflects the commitment and openness of their colleagues at every level.
